ODAC Athletes of the Week | Golf

FOREST, Va. --- This week marks the final report for ODAC with the conference championship slated for Sunday and Monday at Bryan Park just outside of Greensboro, N.C. With women's golf idle over the past week, taking home the final ODAC Golfer of the Week award of 2021 is Washington and Lee's Caleb Choe.

MEN'S GOLFER OF THE WEEK
Caleb Choe | Washington and Lee | So.
Choe, a sophomore from Virginia Beach, Va., played as an individual at the Hampden-Sydney Invitational and put together the top finish by an ODAC golfer in the event. Choe carded a 2-over par 146 to tie for third overall with Casper Andersen from Averett University and Connor Brown from Greensboro College following two rounds on the par-72 layout set to 6,643 yards at The Manor Golf Club in Farmville, Va. He opened with an even-par 72 to tie with five others for the second-lowest score of the first 18 holes. He closed with a 2-over 74 to post his second top-10 and first top-five showing of the season.
