ODAC Athletes of the Week | Golf

FOREST, Va. --- ODAC men's and women's golfers continue to shine through six weeks of the fall season, many times leading to personal and team records being set (and sometimes reset). That trend continued over the past seven days with strong individual and squad showings over three total events.

This week's ODAC Golfers of the Week showed that quality with Washington and Lee's Pierce Robinson picking up his second straight honor with a top-10 showing in a strong national field and Bridgewater's Sophia Martone earning her first weekly award after claiming her first collegiate medal in record fashion.

Below are entries for both Golfers of the Week. Click on the associated links to see that sport's weekly honor roll. Most weeks this fall, the following schedule will be used for awards reporting:

  • Sundays: football
  • Mondays: field hockey, soccer, swimming, volleyball (basketball it begins)
  • Tuesdays: cross country (indoor track when it begins)
  • Wednesdays: golf
