Shedd, a junior from Williamsburg, Va., won his first college medalist honor at the O'Briant-Jensen Memorial.  Playing as an individual separate from Guilford's team, Shedd fired rounds of 69 and 72 to finish one-over par to win by two strokes.  His 72 on the second day was nine strokes better than the average score.  Guilford finished second as a team, 11 strokes behind Greensboro College (597-to-608).
