Hill, a junior from Superior, Colo., led a record-setting performance by the Quakers at the Tom Kinder Memorial. Hill finished in second place with a career-low 136 for 8-under-par following two rounds on the par-72 track set to 6,769 yards at Lakeview Golf Club. Hill opened with a 5-under 67, establishing a new personal career-best round. He posted a 3-under 69 in round two to post the fourth-lowest individual two-round total in school history and finish four strokes back of individual medalist Lance Keiser from Ferrum. Hill's 136 helped Guilford to a tournament- and school-record 16-under 560 team total, securing the second team title in as many starts for the Quakers this season. GC's opening round 276 is the fifth-lowest in program history.

Men's Golf Weekly Honor Roll

Luke Hill, BC: Finished in a tie for ninth at the Tom Kinder Memorial with an even-par 144 (74-70). He helped BC to fifth (592) in the team standings.

Alex Nelson, R-MC: Finished tied for 15th at 3-over 147 (72-75) at the Tom Kinder Memorial. His efforts helped R-MC to eighth (605) in the team standings.

Brad Williams, RC: Led Roanoke in a tie for 33rd at the Tom Kinder Memorial at 9-over 153 (79-74). He helped RC to 13th (631) in the team standings.
