Brubaker, a sophomore from Raleigh, N.C., earns her second straight and five overall ODAC weekly honor after tying for first and ultimately finish as the runner-up at the Greenbrier Collegiate Invite hosted by Southern Virginia University. Her efforts led Lynchburg to the top spot in the team standings. This is the fourth time the nationally 33rd-ranked Hornets have won a title this season and their third consecutive victory when paired with the Hill City Invitational and Historic Triangle Invitational over the past month. Brubaker's finish at The Greenbrier marks her fifth top-five showing of the season. She posted a 3-over par 147 to tie atop the leaderboard with Wheeling University's Emily Holzopfel following two rounds on the Meadows Course at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va. The course was set to 5,870 yards and played to a par of 72. Brubaker led following a opening round of 72 that featured four birdies. She carded a 3-over 75 in round two to tie with Holzopfel. Their playoff last just one hole with Brubaker parring and Holzopfel claiming the medal with a birdie. Lynchburg finished at 61-over 637 (320-317), seven shots clear of runner-up Wheeling. Brubaker leads the ODAC with a 75.0 scoring average over 15 rounds of competition. She is the 40th-ranked player in Division III by Golfstat.
