Game Featured for Saturday, February 3, at Roanoke College
SALEM, Va. --- Just like during football
season, the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and its partners are
bringing video and audio action of league athletics to the web.
In conjunction with WDRL-TV, PennAtlantic, Roanoke College, and
Washington & Lee University, two ODAC men's basketball games
will be broadcast over the Internet. This Saturday, February
3, Roanoke College vs. Virginia Wesleyan College will be aired
through PennAtlantic. Game time is set for 2:00 p.m.
Feed over the Internet will begin just prior to the tip-off
time.
To view Saturday's contest, navigate to www.pennatlantic.com.
Choose the "Game Schedule" on the left of the page. Locate
the "Virginia Wesleyan College at Roanoke" game. It will take
you to a screen that asks you to log in. If you already have
a log in for PennAtlantic, then proceed. Otherwise, at the
bottom of the page, you'll need to register. It's quick and
FREE!
Once you've registered, you'll need to select the
game again from the schedule, click "Add to Cart," and even though
the game is FREE, you'll go through what looks like a checkout
process. Once you've completed that, you'll be able to view
the game.
The second game is set for Saturday, February 10 at 2:00
p.m., and features Hampden-Sydney College at Washington & Lee
University.
The two games are just a prelude of what is to come at the ODAC
Basketball Championships, February 22-25 at the Salem Civic
Center. Both the men's and women's semifinals and finals will
be broadcast in this fashion over the Internet.
