Desgain, a junior from Richmond, Va., came off the bench to score 33 points in R-MC’s lone game of the week, a 97-55 road win at Averett.   Desgain nailed 11-of-15 field goals, all coming from beyond the arc, to finish with a career-high 33 points against the Cougars.  His 11 three point field goals ties an R-MC individual single-game record set by Joe Goldin against Emory & Henry on February 6, 1997.  Goldin set an NCAA record by going 11-of-11 against the Wasps that day.  Desgain's 11 trifectas also ties the ODAC single-game record, matching the efforts of Goldin, Camillo Weinz (for E&H 1/19/08) and Josh Rigney (for E&H on 1/4/10).
