Richardson, a freshman from West Jefferson, N.C., helped
Guilford to a pair of wins last week, including a conference
victory over Hampden-Sydney over the weekend to extend the Quakers'
winning streak to six games. Richardson opened his week with
the fourth double-double of his rookie campaign in an 84-61
non-conference win over Methodist. He tied a career-high with 17
points to go with a career-best 15 rebounds. Seven of his
boards came via the offensive glass. He also blocked a shot
and went 5-for-5 from the foul line. Richardson was again
perfect from the stripe (6-for-6) in a 68-54 triumph over H-SC.
He registered 14 points to go with six rebounds and a block.
Richardson is currently second in the ODAC in rebounding at
8.3 boards per game. He has scored in double figures in nine
