Nelson, a junior from Galax, Va., went 3-0 at number one singles and 3-0 at number one doubles last week.  He picked up a three-set victory over John Carroll on Tuesday, and won 6-0, 6-1 over Misericordia and 6-3, 6-1 over Regis (Mass.) on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.  Nelson only dropped three games in three matches at number one doubles along with junior Adam Henderson. The pair won 8-3 over John Carroll and blanked Misericordia and Regis (Mass.).  Nelson is a 2011 All-ODAC first team doubles player and was second team at number three singles.

Mederik Ceril, Randolph-Macon, Junior, No. 1 Singles, #1 Doubles
Ceril went undefeated for the weekend in singles play, helping R-MC go 1-1.  Finished 1-1 in doubles, action, partnering with Chandler Weston to earn the #1 doubles win against Ferrum, 8-0.
