John Adam, Randolph-Macon, Sr., #1 Singles/#1 Doubles

Adam, a senior from Vienna, Va., helped Randolph-Macon to a pair of victories by going 4-0 over two matches each in top-flight singles and doubles action.  He posted a 6-3, 6-4 win over Matthew Muoio at #1 singles in the Yellow Jackets 9-0 victory over Albright.  He and Baxter Carter won 8-5 over Muoio and Ken Richardson at #1 doubles.  In a 7-2 trimph over Southern Virginia, Adam won 7-6, 6-1 over TJ Snelson in singles competition, and then again joined Baxter for an 8-6 #1 doubles win  over Snelson and Justin Fullmer.

Men's Tennis Honor Roll

Erik Meiler, Guilford (Sr. - 1/1)
Meiler helped GC to a 9-0 win over Lynchburg with wins at #1 singles and doubles.  He won 6-1, 6-0 in singles action and then teamed with Aaron Smedley for an 8-2 triumph in top-flight doubles play.

JT von Seggern, Randolph (Jr. - 2/1)
Von Seggern helped Randolph to an 8-1 win over Hampden-Sydney, winning at #2 singles and #1 doubles.  He posted a 6-3, 6-0 triumph in singles play, and joined Dario Schiano-Moriello in registering an 8-3 win in doubles action.

Zack Ely, Washington and Lee (Fr. - 3-4/2-3)
Ely helped W&L to wins over Shenandoah (9-0) and Roanoke (8-1) going going 4-0 over singles and double play.  He won 6-1, 6-1 at #3 singles over SU and 6-0, 6-0 at #4 singles versus RC.  He and Jason Renner won 8-3 at #3 doubles against the Hornets, and then he joined Thomas Johnson at #2 doubles against RC, posting an 8-0 victory.
