Kresinske, a freshman from Chesapeake, Va., put the caps on an impressive first regular season at Virginia Wesleyan with her ODAC-leading 17th win and seventh shutout of the season in a 2-0 triumph at Roanoke.  She allowed just three hits and didn't walk batter in facing three above the minimum.  She struck out seven Maroons in seven full innings.  For the season, Kresinske is 17-1 with an ODAC-leading 0.68 earned run average. She has fanned 107 batters, which ranks third in the league.  Opponents are hitting only .148 against the righty, which sits second on the conference charts.

Lackey tossed a five-inning shutout in a 15-0 win over Bridgewater. She gave up four hits and walked two while striking out three.  Lackey is now 9-5 on the season.
