Delaney Rolfe, Washington and Lee, Senior

Rolfe, a senior from Dallas, Texas, led the Generals to a pair of victories in a double-duel with Catholic and Marymount.  W&L topped CUA, 154-101, and Marymount, 156-101.  Rolfe claimed a pair of first place finishes, including a win the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:00.78.  She tacked on a victory in the 500-yard freestyle in 5:25.37.  Rolfe also swam the third leg of W&L's 400-yard freestyle relay team, which swam the event as an exhibition.  The group posted a time of 3:49.37, which would have topped Catholic in the official standings.

Carrie Crowther, Bridgewater (Va.) - (Jr, Sprint - Burgess, Va.)
Crowther set three new school records as she helped lead Bridgewater to a tri-meet sweep of Emory & Henry and Notre Dame (Md.) in Nininger Pool. Crowther opened the day by aiding the 200-yard medley relay to a record-setting victory in a time of 2:12.86. The junior then took home the top spot in the 200-yard freestyle event with another record-setting performance. Crowther touched the pad in the event in a time of 2:17.76. Finally, the Burgess, Va. native won the 100-yard freestyle for her final record-setting win of the day, finishing in a time of 1:02.54.

Kendra Medina, Guilford College - (Jr., - Marion, Mass.)
Medina had two of the fastest times in Guilford history in two double-dual meets last week.  She placed second in the 200-yard backstroke versus Ferrum and Hollins with a season-best time of 2:35.90, the second-fastest time in school history.  She also took third in the 200 freestyle at the same meet with a time of 2:22.50, Guilford's second-fastest this season.  Medina swam the lead leg on Guilford's winning 200 medley relay, which won in 2:18.75, and placed third in the 100-yard backstroke versus Greensboro and Hollins Jan. 18 with a season-best time of 1:11.38, which ranks third in Guilford history.  She also placed third in the 200 freestyle (2:22.92) and helped the Quakers' 200 freestyle relay place second with a time of 2:06.15, Guilford's fourth-fastest this season.

Emily Clary, Randolph-Macon College - (So. , - Norfolk, VA)
Clary led the Yellow Jackets to a 137-91 victory over Greensboro College on Saturday afternoon. She started off the meet strong taking first place in the 200-yard freestyle (2:03.11). Clary followed up that performance with her second first-place finish of the day in the 100-yard freestyle (58.01).
