Danny Lynch, Washington and Lee, Fr.

Lynch, a freshman from Richmond, Va., put together a strong showing in helping Washington and Lee to second place at the Franklin & Marshall Winter Invitational with 1,202.5 points in the 11-team event. Lynch posted a trio of ODAC top-five times with two that top the charts. He won the 200-yard butterfly with an ODAC-best time of 1:54.63. He placed fifth in the 1,650-yard freestyle at 16.29.32, which also leads the conference list. He added an eighth-place showing in the 400-yard individual medley in 4:18.39, which ranks fourth in the ODAC.

Men's Swimming Weekly Honor Roll

Wilson Naff, E&H: Won the 100-back and 500-free with times of 58.12 seconds and 5:22.77, aiding the Wasps efforts in a tri-meet with Randolph and Virginia Wesleyan. He also competed in the 400-free relay, helping his teammates finish third (4:21.96).

Jeffrey Oliveri, RAND: Won the 50-free (23.25) and finished second in the 500-free (5:40.29) in a tri-meet split with Virginia Wesleyan and Emory & Henry. Helped his teammates to second in the 400-free relay (3:37.96).

Ivan  Fadeyev, R-MC: Posted a trio of wins that each rank fourth in the ODAC in the Yellow Jackets 129-73 win over Marymount (Va.). Won the 200-IM (2:03.65), 200-back (2:01.56) and 200-breaststroke (2:17.80).

Kristian Rinkus, VWU: Helped VWU to tri-meet wins over Emory & Henry (111-38) and Randolph (77-76) with a pair of individual victories and one relay win. Won the 100-fly (1:02.87) and 100-breaststroke (1:11.90). Helped his teammates to fist in the 400-medley relay (4:28.65).
