Cael Long, Virginia Wesleyan, Fr.

Long, a first-year from Johnstown, Pa., put together a strong showing at the Yellow Jacket Invitational hosted by Randolph-Macon College. Long swam seven times in the two-day event, posting three individual times inside the ODAC's top-10 seasonal rankings. He finished fifth in the 100-yard butterfly at 0:51.79, the fourth-fastest time in the conference. He added a fourth place showing in the 200-yard individual medley at 1:58.93 and placed fifth in the 200-yard butterfly in 2:00.51. Both of those marks rank ninth in the conference. Long and teammates Luke Bukowski, Stuart Reyes, and Logan Schohn competed in four relays. They posted times of 1:35.29 in the 200-yard freestyle relay, 3:31.17 in the 400-yard freestyle relay, 1:48.51 in the 200-yard medley relay, and 4:04.29 in the 400-yard medley relay.
