Tucker, a sophomore from Manakin-Sabot, Va., helped the Generals kickoff the new season with a 5-4 victory over nationally 16th-ranked Mary Washington on Saturday. Tucker scored three times on just three shots, including the would-be game-decider with 19:42 to play. The Generals' midfielder chipped in five ground balls, three caused turnovers, and a draw control.

Women's Lacrosse Honor Roll

Sarah Yashinskie, Bridgewater (So. - M)
Yashinskie scored twice and registered two ground balls, three draw controls, and two caused turnovers in the Eagles 8-3 win over Methodist.

Amanda Dionnne, Guilford (So. - A)
Dionne beat the Berry goalkeeper five times last Sunday, but that team-high total came up just short in the Quakers 8-7 loss. She added five draw controls and a caused turnover.

Laura Meisner, Lynchburg (Sr. - A)
Meisner started the season with three goals and two assists to go with three ground balls and a draw control in a 17-1 triumph over Greensboro.
