Edahl, a senior from Charlotte, N.C., went a combined 6-0 between No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles action as the Vixens posted three ODAC victories during the past week. Edahl bested the No. 1 singles players from Roanoke (7-6, 6-0), Lynchburg (6-0, 6-0) and Randolph (6-2, 6-2) before joining her for three doubles victories (8-3, 8-2 and 8-0, respectively). Edahl has now won five straight ODAC matchups at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles.

Megan Mathias, Bridgewater, Senior, #1 Singles/#3
Doubles
Mathias turned in a 6-1, 6-3 victory at #1 singles
while posting an 8-0 win with teammate Miranda Donovan at
number three singles in action against Lynchburg on Thursday. With
the singles win, Mathias pushed her spring record to 7-4 while her
doubles record in 2010 inched above .500 to 6-5.
Nina Bollag, Guilford, Junior, #3 Singles/#2 Doubles
Bollag went 1-1 in Guilford’s 6-3 win over Averett,
posting a 6-1, 6-0 singles victory before falling, 3-8, in doubles
play.
Martha Vlahakis, Randolph-Macon, Junior, #1 Singles/#1
Doubles
Vlahakis defeated Randolph's Lori Gerlach in straight
sets 6-2, 6-4, in #1 singles action, and later added an 8-5 win in
doubles play.
