Jennifer Antoszyk, Roanoke, So, #1 Singles

Antoszyk, a sophomore from Charlotte, N.C., is the 22nd ranked player in the South/Southeast Region by the ITA.  She went 1-1 in top doubles action, including a tough two-set loss in a high profile match with Mary Washington's Lindsay Raulston (6-4, 7-5 (5)), the 19th-rated player in the country.  Antoszyk recovered for a 6-1, 6-1 triumph over Angelina Spotelli from Randolph-Macon College, leading RC to a 9-0 win over the Yellow Jackets.

Women's Tennis Honor Roll

Dominique Crespo, Guilford College - (So., #5 - Sangolqui, Ecuador)
Crespo won all four matches in the Quakers' 0-2 weekend.  She scored a 6-3, 6-2 win at fifth singles against Randolph-Macon, and teamed with Allison Hewitt for an 8-4 victory at third doubles against the Jackets.  She went 2-0 less than 24 hours later at Hollins with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Caitlin Hoerr at fifth singles and an 8-4 third-doubles triumph over Hoerr and Tiffany Hodges.

Madison Dixon, Lynchburg College - (So., - Keysville, VA)
Dixon defeated Jewel Dale of Averett at #3 singles 6-1, 6-0 and teamed with Ari Peikin for a win at #2 doubles, 8-0.  She dropped one game all day in leading LC to a 7-1 win over Averett.
