Meg Guignon, Washington and Lee, So., Outside Hitter

Guignon, a sophomore from St. Louis, Mo., picks up her second straight weekly award after leading Washington and Lee to a 4-0 week that included the Generals' first two wins over ODAC opponents. Guignon hammered out 65 kills and averaged 4.64 kills over 16 sets while hitting .305 for the week. She collected no fewer than 12 kills in a match, peaking with 22 kills and a .373 hitting percentage to with 15 digs in a 3-1 win at Bridgewater. She had 16 kills and nine digs in a 3-1 win at Averett, and added 15 kills and six digs in a 3-0 triumph over Meredith. She had 12 winners and eight digs in a 3-0 victory at Eastern Mennonite.  For the season, Guignon is third in the ODAC with 137 kills and fifth at 3.26 kills per set. 

Volleyball Weekly Honor Roll

Abby Mills, Bridgewater (Sr. - OH)
Mills put together a strong week with 70 kills and 54 digs over 16 sets in the Eagles' 3-1 week. She had 28 kills and 16 digs in a 3-2 victory over Meredith. She had 17 kills and 16 digs in a 3-1 win at Lynchburg, and added 15 kills and 15 digs in a 3-1 loss to Washington and Lee. She had 10 winners with two blocks in a 3-0 win over Meredith.

Jasmine Johnson, Eastern Mennonite (Jr. - S)
Johnson posted 89 assists for a 6.85 per set average in the Royals' 1-3 week. She had 44 assists for a 11.0 average in a 3-1 win over Lancaster Bible. She added 12 digs and three kills in that match.

Sydney McKinney, Emory & Henry (Fr. - M)
McKinney led E&h to a 2-1 week that included a 3-2 win over Virginia Wesleyan, the Wasps first victory over the Marlins since 2011. McKinney had 14 kills with five blocks in that match, hitting .370. She added six kills and two blocks in a 3-0 win over Randolph.

Tina Tucker, Guilford (Fr. - S)
Tucker dished out 81 assists for a 7.36 average over 11 sets in the Quakers' 1-2 week. The win came via a 3-1 result over Virginia Wesleyan, marking the Quakers first win over the Marlins since 2010. She handed out 35 assists with two aces in that match. She had four aces and 34 assists in a 3-1 loss to Methodist.

Lynn Walsh, Lynchburg (Jr. - S)
Walsh posted 49 assists for a 4.90 average over 10 sets in a 2-1 week for the Hornets. She became the 11th Hornet to crack 1,000 career assist along the way. She added six aces, with four coming in a 3-0 win over Hollins. She had 17 assists, 12 digs, and two aces in a 3-0 victory over Roanoke.  She handed out 19 assists in a 3-1 loss to Bridgewater.

Samantha Sallade, Randolph-Macon (Jr. - DS)
Sallade continues to patrol the Yellow Jackets backline with aplomb, picking up 30 digs over seven sets for a 4.29 average in R-MC's 3-0 week. She had 18 digs with three assists in a 3-0 win over Guilford. She added 11 digs, two aces and two assists in a 3-0 win over Emory & Henry.

Kylah Blackmore, Roanoke (Fr. - OH)
Blackmore registered 31 kills and 34 digs with five aces in the Maroons 2-1 week. She broke out with a career-high 19 kills to go with nine digs and two aces in a 3-1 win at Randolph. She had three aces and 11 digs in a 3-0 win over Eastern Mennonite.
