Smith, a freshman from York, Pennsylvania, placed first overall at the Guilford Cross Country Carnival. She ran the 6K course in a time of 24:34.7, more than 27 seconds ahead of the second place runner from Division II Wingate University. White paced the Eagles to the team title at the event.

Corrie Janocka, Eastern Mennonite University, Senior
Janocka continued to lead the Lady Royals, even though this was just her second collegiate cross country meet. She finished 50^th with a time of 17:05.00 in a tough field in the 4K race.

Linnea Saby, Guilford College, Sophomore
Saby paced Guilford with a 27^th-place finish at the Guilford College Cross Country Carnival among 70 runners... completed the six-kilometer course in 28:53.3, the 20^th-best time in school history.

Ashley Meyer, Lynchburg College, Senior
Meyer was the top runner for the Hornets, claiming an 11^th place finish in the 6K with a time of 24:05 at the Dickinson College Long Short Invitational.
