Norton, a senior from Walled Lake, Mich., finished second overall and was the top ODAC finisher at the season-opening ODAC Preview Meet held at The Manor Course in Farmville, Va.  Norton finished the eight-kilometer course in 25:59.00, leading the Quakers to a third-place team showing.  Norton, whose time was the 12th-fastest in school history, was followed by senior teammates Andris Goncarovs (26:26.40) and David Cason (26:39.80) in third and fourth place, respectively.

Men's Cross Country Honor Roll

Harrison Toney, Roanoke (So., Roanoke, Va.)
Toney placed sixth at the ODAC Preview Meet with a time of 26:47.90, leading the Maroons to sixth place in the team standings.

Mac Strehler, Washington and Lee (Fr., Moseley, Va.)
In his first collegiate race, Strehler led the Generals to a second-place finish. His time of 26:45.60 was good enough for fifth place, and he was the fourth-best ODAC finisher.
