Strehler, a senior from Moseley, Va., continues to ramp up his performances in preparation for the ODAC Championships, which sit just two weeks away. Strehler was the top collegiate finisher and fifth overall out of 278 runners at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble with a new ODAC season-best eight-kilometer time of 24:56.7. Washington and Lee finished fourth out of 32 teams with 160 points.

Men's Cross Country Weekly Honor Roll

Trey Gibson, Bridgewater (Jr.)
Gibson finished 61st out of 234 runners at the VertCross Invitational, where BC was the only Division III school in the field. He posted an 8K time of 26:23.9, helping BC to 17th of 22 teams.

Steven Ahnold, Eastern Mennonite (Jr.)
Ahnold placed 29th out of 267 overall runners at the Gettysburg Invitational, posting an 8K time of 26:57.6. EMU was 10th in the team standings with 295 points.

Josh Shaw, Lynchburg (So.)
Shaw finished 15th overall at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble, finishing the 8K course in 25:10.8. LC finished eighth as a team.
