LEXINGTON, Va. --- The top-seeded Washington and Lee men's tennis team opened ODAC Tournament play on Saturday with a 5-0 victory over eighth-seeded Shenandoah at the Duchossois Tennis Center.
W&L dropped just four points in sweeping the doubles action, while sophomore Jordan Krasner and senior Christopher Hu cruised to 6-0, 6-0 wins at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles, respectively, to close out the match.
W&L improved to 13-8 while the Hornets fell to 9-9.
The Generals advance to the ODAC semifinals where they will face either fourth-seeded Bridgewater or fifth-seeded Randolph-Macon. The match will be on Saturday at Virginia Wesleyan at 8:30 am.
