Tom Concklin, Washington and Lee, Fr., Pitcher

Concklin, a freshman from Hinsdale, Ill., led the Generals to a 7-0 win over Roanoke last week.  Concklin fired 7.2 shutout innings to earn his second win of the season.  He lowered earned run average to 1.17, tying teammate Kyle Tipping at the top of the ODAC charts.  Against RC, he scattered six hits while walking one and fanning four.  He is now 2-1 on the season in seven appearances (three starts).

Corey Armentrout, Bridgewater (Jr., LHP - Harrisonburg, Va.)
Armentrout worked seven strong innings in an 8-1 win over Guilford.  He gave up one unearned run on six hits with two walks and six strikeouts.  He is now 4-2 on the season.

Lou Trosch, Guilford (Jr, P - Charlotte, N.C.)
Trosch tossed 4.2 innings of relief over two games for the Quakers.  He went one scoreless from in a loss to Tufts, and came back with 3.2 innings of work, allowing one unearned run on four hits with three punchouts in a loss to Bridgewater.

Trevor Otey, Hampden-Sydney (Sr., RHP - Gloucester, Va.)
Otey improved to 5-0 on the season with seven solid innings in a 5-4 win over EMU.  He gave up four runs (three earned) on 10 hits without walking a batter.  He struck out four Royals.

Brandon Miller, Lynchburg (Jr., P - Vesuvius, Va.)
Miller picked up his fourth win of the season against NCAA D-II Bluefield State on Saturday.  He tossed all seven innings, giving up five runs --- just one earned --- on 10 hits with six strikeouts.  He did not walk a batter, marking the fifth appearance this season without issuing a free pass.  He has only walked five batters in 45.2 innings pitched.

Matt Fischgrund, Randolph-Macon (Sr., RHP - Gloucester, Va.)
Fischgrund picked up his second win of the season with six solid innings.  He gave up three runs on 10 hits with one walk and a season-high 10 strikeouts, 

Andrew Zarobila, Shenandoah (Sr., LHP - Leesburg, Va.)
Zarobila made two relief appearances for SU, picking up a win along the way.  He went five shutout innings to earn the victory in a 21-6 win over EMU, giving up five hits and fanning four Royals.  He worked 1.2 innings in a 10-6 win over Muhlenberg.

Alex Tucci, Virginia Wesleyan (Jr., P - Stewartstown, Pa.)
Tucci guided VWC to a 10-3 win over Emory & Henry, improving his record to 3-1.  He gave up three runs on three hits with three walks and five strikeouts in six innings on the hill.
