Nick Maiolo, Randolph-Macon, Jr., Catcher

Maiolo, a junior from Powhatan, Va., was blistering at the dish in the Yellow Jackets first three games of the season, all victories over St. Mary's (Md.).  He went 8-for-11 with two doubles, a homer and nine runs batted in overall.  He also walked once and stole three bases.  He was 6-for-6 in Saturday's doubleheader, including a 4-for-4 showing with a double, five RBI and two steals in a 14-0 whitewashing of the Seahawks.

Herc Ingels, Guilford (Sr., OF - Lenoir, N.C.)
Ingels went 3-for-8 in the Quakers season-opening doublehead against Berry College.  He drove in one run, walked once and stole a base.  He also had an outfield assist defensively.

Jonathan Munn, Lynchburg (So., 1B/3B - Mechanicsville, Va.)
Munn picked up a hit in each of LC's three games, going 4-for-10 overall with a homer and two RBI.  He walked twice in game two.  The homer in game three against McMurry was his first as a Hornet.

Drew Weprinsky, Washington and Lee (Sr., OF - Atlanta, Ga.)
Weprinsky went 2-for-5 in the Generals sweep of Marymount, with both hits coming in an 11-8 win in game one.  He had a double and a triple, driving in the go-ahead three runs on the three-bagger in the seventh inning.  He also walked once in both games.
