Michael Scimanico, Shenandoah, Jr., Pitcher

Scimanico, a junior from Dumont, N.J., picked up a pair of wins last week against ODAC competition.  The Hornets' southpaw went six frames towards an 8-1 win at Roanoke, giving up one unearned run on three hits with two walks and two strikeouts.  Scimanico followed that with seven innings on the hill in a 9-1 victory ove Guilford.  He again gave up just one unearned run on five hits with two free passes and six strikeouts.

Jake Brown, Eastern Mennonite (So. - Gloucester, Va.)
Brown helped EMU to a 15-4 win over John Jay.  He gave up four runs, one earned, on three hits with six strikeouts in five innings to pick up his second win of the season.

Reggie Johnson, Hampden-Sydney (Jr. - Dunnsville, Va.)
Johnson went 1-0 in two starts last week, not allowing a run in 15 innings on the hill.  He opened with six shutout frames towards a no-decision in a 3-2 loss to St. John Fisher.  He gave up four hits with a walk and seven strikeouts.  Johnson got his first win of the season with a complete-game shutout of Roanoke, scattering four hits with two walks and eight punchouts.

David Goulding, Lynchburg (Fr. - Lynchburg, Va.)
Goulding tossed a complete game in a 7-3 win over Emory & Henry.  He gave up three runs on 10 hits, walking one and fanning two in nine full innings.  He also worked 2.2 innings of scoreless relief earlier in the week.

James Walsh, Randolph-Macon (Jr. - Mechanicsville, Va.)
Walsh helped the Yellow Jackets to an 8-3 win over Washington and Lee with seven innings of one-hit ball.  He gave up two unearned runs with a walk and a career-high 13 strikeouts.  He retired 15 consecutive batters at one point.
