Chase Mayberry, Hampden-Sydney, Fr., Starting Pitcher

Mayberry, a freshman from Appomattox., Va., is the second straight first-year pitcher to claim the ODAC's weekly honor. Mayberry tossed a complete-game with nine strong frames in defeating conference foe Emory & Henry, 10-0, over the weekend. Have gave up just five hits and walked one on the way to shutout victory, adding in six strikeouts. For the season, Mayberry is 3-0 with a 1.34 earned run average in five appearances. He's fanned 30 in 33.2 innings of work.

Alex Laws, Emory & Henry (Fr.)
Laws started and 5.0 innings in the Wasps' 8-6 win over Alfred St. He gave up two runs on five hits with a walk and three strikeouts. He also picked up a relief win in a 5-4 decision at Hampden-Sydney. He gave up two hits and walked two in four shutout frames.

David Goulding, Lynchburg (Jr.)
Goulding continued his strong run on the bump for LC, tossing six shutout innings in a 15-2 victory over Bridgewater. He gave up two hits and walked two with two strikeouts.

Colin Selby, Randolph-Macon (So.)
Selby went 5.0 innings in an 11-4 win at Guilford. He gave up two runs (one earned) on five hits with two walks and five punchouts.

Gerard DePhillips, Shenandoah (Fr.)
DePhillips needed just 87 pitches in shutting out PSU-Altoona, 10-0. Have surrendered just three hits and struck out one in nine shutout innings.

Tom Concklin, Washington and Lee (Sr.)
Concklin gave up one run on five hits with two walks and four strikeouts in six innings of work on the way to picking up a 9-1 win over Virginia Wesleyan.
