Palmer, a senior from Penn Laird, Va., led the Eagles defense in completely shutting down St. Vincent's offense in a 57-0 victory, BC's first whitewashing of an opponent since starting the 2006 season with back-to-back shutouts.  Palmer led all tacklers with nine stops, including a tackle for a loss.  He also picked off a pass to setup a BC score early in the second half.  It was one of four turnovers forced by the Bridgewater defense (three fumbles).  The Eagles surrendered just 181 total yards of offense and didn't allow Bearcats beyond midfield until the final drive of the game.
