McGhee, a senior from Fishersville, Va., played a prototypical
feature back role for the second time in as many games as the
Yellow Jackets topped Emory & Henry, 45-20. McGhee proved
a workhorse and game-breaker in carrying the ball 28 times and
churning out 218 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He has
eclipsed 200 yards in each of R-MC's past two games, registering
five touchdown runs in the process. McGhee's first TD run on
Saturday was for four yards, but he electrified the crowd at Day
Field with his second scoring run, which covered a school-record 99
yards as the game’s final touchdown. Over his past two
games, McGhee has racked up 514 of his ODAC-leading 679 rushing
yards. He also leads the ODAC with 169.8 rushing yards per
game.
