Dexter, a junior from Lexington Park, Md., helped the Hornets win for the fifth time in six games and move to 3-0 on the season in Saturday's 38-20 win over Bridgewater. Dexter posted game-high honors with 11 total tackles include six solo stops. He also was in on a pair of sacks, registering one solo effort and joining a teammate for a second quarterback hit that cost Bridgewater eight yards of offense. In a game where the SU offense took a bit of time to get rolling, Dexter helped led a defensive unit that surrendered just 20 points including a shutout in the third quarter in which the Hornets scored 21 of their 28 unanswered points thru the late second and entire third quarter. For the season, Dexter has notched 34 total tackles with 16 solo stops. The sacks this weekend were his first of the season.
