Yavalar, a junior from Baltimore, Md., put together a strong week guarding the Generals cage in a pair of one-goal victories. Yavalar stepped up with three saves as Washington and Lee pulled out a 1-0 overtime victory over Elizabethtown. She then came up with 11 stops to help preserve a 2-1 victory over Juniata. For the season, Yavalar is second in the ODAC in goals-against-average (1.21) and save percentage (.805) and third in saves (33).

Claire Magill, D, R-MC: Magill came thru with the first goal in the Yellow Jackets' 3-2 setback at Goucher. R-MC also posted a 1-0 win over Ferrum.

Emma Clark, GK, RC: Made five saves including three in the two overtime periods to help Roanoke to a 2-1 win at St. Mary's (Md.).

Julie Fassl, F, VWU: Posted seven points last week with all three goals in a 3-1 win over Neumann for her first career hat-trick and the assist on VWU's goal in a 2-1 setback to Widener.
