Alfaro, a senior from Toms River, N.J., continues to throw the weight at a high level.  She tossed that apparatus 15.89 meters at the VT Challenge, good enough for a 10th-place finish in the mixed field.  That throw is bettered only by her previous ODAC-best toss of 16.16 meters.

Katelyn Senger, Bridgewater (Jr. - Throws)
Senger recorded a personal season-best throw in the shot put at 10.77m to rank 11th in the event and third on the ODAC season charts.  She also placed 12th in the weight throw at 13.57m.
