Mac Strehler, Washington and Lee, Sr., Distance

Strehler, a senior from Moseley, Va., picked up right where he left off in the cross country campaign as the ODAC's individual champion competed twice at the Bast-Cregger Invitational. He won the 5,000-meter run with a 15:11.37, which is the second-fastest indoor 5K of his career. He added a third place showing in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:57.32. That is a new career-best time in the event for Strehler.

Jamie Hiegel, Bridgewater (So.)
Hiegel finished second in the 5,000m run at the Bast-Cregger Invitational, posting a time of 15:13.53.

Nuriddin Abdus-Salaam, Eastern Mennonite (So.)
Abdus-Salaam finished 12th in the 60m dash at the CNU Holiday Open, posting an EMU record time of 0:07.15. He also placed 18th in the 200m dash in 0:23.44, which ranks eighth all-time at EMU.

Cam Thompson, Roanoke (Jr.)
Thompson won the 200m dash at the Bast-Cregger Invitational with a time of 0:22.57. He also helped the Maroons set a school-record in winning the 4x200m relay in 1:32.61.

Ansel Borhauer, Shenandoah (Sr.)
Borhauer won the 300m dash at the Bast-Cregger Invitational with atime of 0:26.20. He finished ninth in the 600m run in 1:29.15.
