Davonta Womack, Bridgewater, Sr., Jumps/Sprints

Womack, a senior from Roanoke, Va., put together a strong performance at the Finn Pincus Invitational hosted by Roanoke College over the weekend. Womack finished second overall and tops among NCAA Division III competitors in the long jump with a leap of 6.89 meters (22-7.25). That leads the ODAC seasonal chart and ranks 33rd in the country. Womack also took a turn on the track as he finished fourth in the 60-meter dash at 7.04 seconds. He as the only Division III competitor in the finals. He added prelim times of 6.99 and 7.02 seconds, all three of which would have finished inside the ODAC's posted top-five when combined with his finals mark.
