Hiegel, a senior from Richmond, Va., put together a nationally-ranked effort at the Finn Pincus Invitational hosted by Roanoke College over the weekend. Hiegel won the 5,000-meter run in 15:16.40. That times tops the ODAC charts, giving him the best league mark in both long distances events when combined with his 8:39.15 time in the 3,000-meter run. Hiegel's 5K mark at Roanoke is ranked 30th in NCAA Division III when converted to 15:06.69 for track size.
