Schannauer, a junior from Sinking Spring, Pa., put together a strong showing in the throws at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational hosted by Shenandoah University. Schannauer won the shot put with a mark of 13.55 meters (44-5.50) and finished second in the weight throw at 14.40 meters (47-3.00). Both distances rank second in the ODAC. Schannauer's mark in the weight throw is a new collegiate personal-best toss at indoor meets.
