Witherell, a senior from Wilmington, Del., helped lead the Generals to a pair of ODAC victories during the week. He totaled seven goals and eight assists for 15 points, and also tallied seven ground balls and three caused turnovers. On Wednesday in a 23-4 win over Guilford, Witherell produced a career-high 11 points on four goals and a career-best seven assists. During Saturday's 13-8 win over Roanoke, Witherell notched three goals and one assist. For the season, Witherell is third in the ODAC in points (48) on 26 goals and an ODAC second-best 22 assists despite missing two games due to injury. Witherell currently has 282 career points, just nine away from breaking the W&L all-time record and only 19 points away from moving into second on the ODAC's career scoring list.
