Kristen Trice, Bridgewater, So.

Trice, a sophomore from Glen Allen, Va., put together a strong showing at the season-opening Ronaoke Invitational.  Trice competed in three jumping events, winning twice while also helping BC to a third-place relay showing.  Trice sits atop the conference lists in the high jump after clearing 1.57 meters (5' 1.75") to win the event.  She went on to also claim top prize in the long jump at 5.24 meters (17' 2.5").  She placed second in the triple jump at 10.98 meters (36' 0.25"), and then helped her teammates to a third place showing in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 52.08 seconds.  Her leap in the long jump ranks third all-time at Bridgewater.

Women's Outdoor Track & Field Honor Roll

Hannah Chappell-Dick, Eastern Mennonite (So., Mid-Distance - Bluffton, Ohio)
Chappell-Dick won the 800-meter run at the W&L Carnival with a time of 2:17.21.  She also placed fifth in the 400-meter dash in 1:00.72, the fifth-fastest time in EMU history.

Naomi Madaras, Guilford (So., Distance - Greencastle, Pa.)
Madaras recorded the second-fastest time in school history in the 3,000-meter run at the Wake Forest Open, posting a time of 11:57.97.

Aleshia Washington, Lynchburg (Jr., Sprints/Jumps - Virginia Beach, Va.)
Washington placed third in both the 100-meter dash (12.53) and long jump (5.20m/17' 0.75") at the Dr. Jack Toms Open.  Her 100-dash time is currently eighth in the country.

Dana Lee, Washington and Lee (Fr., Sprints/Jumps - Nashville, Tenn.)
Lee tied the W&L record in the triple jump with a mark of 10.54 meters (34' 7.0") at the W&L Carnival this weekend.  She placed first in the long jump at 5.30 meters (17' 4.75"), which is the top mark in the ODAC and 12th-best in Division III. Lee also finished sixth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.20. It is the second-fastest time in the ODAC.
