Toney, a junior from Roanoke, Va., put together an impressive performance in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays over the weekend. Competing against NCAA Division I competition, Toney placed 18th overall with a time of 9:19.14, just four seconds off the ODAC record. That time is currently the top-rated mark in NCAA Division III by six seconds.

Pete Monteleone, Bridgewater (Jr. - Shenandoah, Va.)
Monteleone won the long jump at the Jopson Invitational, bounding to 6.50 meters. He and his teammates finished second in the 4x100m relay (43.98).
Alec Thibodeaux, Eastern Mennonite (So. - Staunton, Va.)
Thibodeaux won the 3,000m run at the Jopson Invitational, winning in 9:13.93. She later placed second in the 1,500m run in 4:08.59.
Andris Goncarovs, Guilford (Sr. - Ithaca, N.Y.)
Goncarovs won the 5,000m run at the Jopson Invitational, posting a time of 15:46.72 to win by five seconds. He also placed second in the 3,000m run in 9:22.56, the sixth-fasted time in school history.
Collin Lahan, Randolph (Fr. - Waynesboro, Va.)
Lahan finished fourth in the javelin at the Jopson Invitational with a personal-best throw of 42.55 meters.
Trey White, Virginia Wesleyan (So. - Spotsylvania, Va.)
White won the 400m dash at the Jopson Invitational, posting a time of 50.75 seconds. He finished sixth in the 200m dash (24.94) and helped his teammates to second in the 4x400m relay in 3:24.66.
Patrick Robertson, Washington and Lee (So. - Norfolk, Va.)
Robertson placed in the top six in three events at the Jopson Invitational, placing second in both the discus (42.24m) and hammer throw (42.59m). He added a sixth place showing in the shot put (12.71m).
