Jeremy Heizer, Eastern Mennonite, Sr., Throws

Heizer, a senior from Staunton, Va., shined in the throws at the Raleigh Relays last week.  In the shot put, he posted a new personal record of 15.54 meters (51' 0.0") to take over the top spot in the ODAC by more 1.54 meters.  Heizer's throw placed 16th overall and first among NCAA Division III in the event at the meet.  His mark also sits 10th in the country.

Evan Truman, Lynchburg (Jr. - Jumps)
Truman won the long jump at the Commonwealth Duals, chiming in just under his previous season-best leap at 6.92m (previous-best of 6.95).  He also competed in the 100m dash, winning that in 0:11.32, which is fourth in the ODAC.

Parker Pearman, Virginia Wesleyan (Fr. - Jumps/Throws)
Pearman took over the top spot in the ODAC in the triple jump after leaping to 12.66m at the Commonwealth Duals. That was good enough for second in the competition. He also placed fourth in the javelin at 39.54m.

Davis Turner, Washington and Lee (Jr. - Jumps)
Turner won the high jump at 1.80m and was fourth in the long jump at 6.06m at the Commonwealth Duals.  He also took part in two track events, placing fourth in the 100m dash (0:11.79) and third in the 4x400m relay (3:39.39).
