Connor Faint, Eastern Mennonite, Jr., Hurdles/Sprints

Faint, a junior from Winchester, Va., didn't take long to make a splash in the outdoor ranks with an event victory at the W&L Carnival. Faint won the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 53.34 seconds, which is tops in the ODAC and currently #1 in the very early rankings of NCAA Division III. The mark would have ranked 18th in the country at season's end in 2016.

Jamie Hiegel, Bridgewater (Sr. - Distance)
Hiegel finished fourth in the 5000m run at the W&L Carnival, posting a time of 15:16.28, which is second in the ODAC.

Jonathan Sumner, Guilford (Sr. - Sprints)
Sumner finished 13th and 21st in the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes at the LRU Southside Power & Fitness Invitational. He posted a time of 23.98 seconds in the 200m and 52.91 seconds in the 400m.

Evan Truman, Lynchburg (Sr. - Sprints)
Truman finished third in the 100-meter dash at 11.19 seconds at the W&L Carnival.

Anthony Quinn, Randolph (Sr. - Hurdles)
Quinn won the 110-meter hurdles at the W&L Carnival, posting a sub-15-second time for the fourth time in his career at 14.96 seconds. It is currently ranked #4 in D3 in the early rankings.

Kevin Waterman, Roanoke (Jr. - Mid-Distance)
Waterman finished sixth in the 800-meter run at the W&L Carnival, posting the ODAC's best time at 1:56.77.

Ansel Borhauer, Shenandoah (Sr. - Sprints/Mid-Distance)
Borhauer won the 200-meter dash at the W&L Carnival with an ODAC top time of 22.41 seconds. He also finished 11th in the 800-meter run in 1:58.78.

Mac Strehler, Washington and Lee (Sr. - Distance)
Strehler broke his own Washington and Lee record in the 10,000-meter run at the W&L Carnival, posting a time of 30:50.22. That time is second in the early D3 rankings.
