Berryman, a freshman from Lynchburg, Va., placed her name atop two ODAC top rankings in the early going as part of a three-event performance at the W&L Carnival. Berryman won the discuss with a toss of 38.51 meters (126' 4.0") and chimed in third in the shot put at 10.89 meters (35' 8.75"). She also competed in the hammer throw, whipping the apparatus 22.38 meters (73' 5.0") to finish 19th overall.

Laura Adair, Guilford (Sr. - Throws)
Adair finished 19th in the javelin at the LRU Southside Power & Fitness Invitational. He throw of 22.67 meters (74' 4.0"), which was the top mark amongst D3 competitors.

Paige Olausen, Roanoke (So. - Throws)
Olausen registered the ODAC's top mark in the javelin at the W&L Carnival, throwing the spear 38.13 meters (125' 1.0").

Danyelle McGrady, Shenandoah (Sr. - Throws)
McGrady competed in all four throws at the W&L Carnival. She finished second in the javelin and hammer with throws of 36.85 meters (120' 11.0") and 43.20 meters (141' 9.0"). She finished fifth in the discus at 31.04 meters (101' 10.0"), and sixth in the shot put at 10.54 meters (34' 7.0"). Her hammer mark is tops in the ODAC.
