Connor Faint, Eastern Mennonite, Jr., Hurdles/Sprints

Faint, a junior from Winchester, Va., continued his progression thru the early outdoor track season at the VertKlasse Meeting. In an event that was largely populated by NCAA Division I and II athletes, Faint won the 400-meter hurdles with a new ODAC-best time of 52.33 seconds. That time broke a 35-year old school-record, eclipsing the 52.76 time posted by Burrell Fisher in 1982. Faint's time is currently ranked second in NCAA Division III.

Alex Galloway, Bridgewater (So. - Sprints)
Galloway won the 200-meter dash at the Jopson Invitational with a time of 23.23 seconds. He finished second behind an unattached runner in the 100-meter dash in 11.36 meters.


Keyontae Norfleet, Virginia Wesleyan (Fr. - Sprints)
Norfleet was busy at teh Colonial Relays, competing in two sprints and three relays. He finishing 13th in the 200-meter dash in 22.43, which is fourth in the ODAC. He added a 23rd place showing in the 100-meter dash in 11.30 seconds. Helped VWC to seventh in both the 4x100-meter (42.76) and 4x200-meter (1:28.42) relays, and 34th i nthe 4x400-meter relay (3:28.97).


Mac Strehler, Washington and Lee (Sr. - Distance)
Strehler set a new W&L record in the 5,000-meter run at the Colonial Relays over the weekend. He finished 32nd overall and second among Division III competitors with a time of 14:50.45 to eclipse the Generals' program record of 14:50.47 set in 1997. Strehler's time is the fastest in the ODAC this year and ranked 15th in the D-III ranks.
