Natalie Deacon, Lynchburg, Gr., Mid-Distance/Distance

Deacon, a grad student from West Chester, Pa., was strong on the track in her first outdoor appearance of the season at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational. Deacon competed in three overall events, highlight by a victory in the 800-meter dash. Her time of 2:11.78 leads the ODAC by more than 10 seconds and is ranked second in NCAA Division III. She also competed in the 5,000-meter run, finishing 10th in 18:48.14, and helped Lynchburg win the 4x400-meter relay in 4:06.07. That time is sixth in program history and #1 in the ODAC.

Calista Ariel, BC: took over the top spot in the ODAC in the steeplechase at 11:58.32, finishing fourth at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational. She placed 13th in the 1,500m in 5:05.52.

Chelsea Brubaker, EMU: won her heat and finished fifth overall in the 400m dash at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational with a time of 1:02.19. Also helped EMU to fifth in the 4x400m relay in 4:19.82.

Carmen Curtis, GC: set school records in both the 100m and 200m at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational Finished fourth in the 200m in 27.48 and seventh in the 100m in 13.27. Those rank fourth and seventh in the ODAC this season.

Quinn Harlan, RC: won the 100m dash at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational with a time of 12.28. That is #1 in the ODAC and seventh in NCAA Division III.

Kayla McGee, SU: finished second overall and tops D3 in the 10,000m run at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational with a time of 38:40.45. That time is #1 in the ODAC and 11th in the country.

Kaleigh Hinton, W&L: won the 400m hurdles and finished second in the 100m hurdles at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational. Set a new personal-best in the 100m hurdles in 15.91 and a season-best in the 400m hurdles in 1:06.33. Both are tops in the ODAC. Her 400h time is 18th in the country and 100h time is 48th in D3.
