Alderfer, a junior from Broadway, Va., continued his dominance on the track this spring with a pair of Division III top-ranked runs at the North River Invitational hosted by Bridgewater College. Alderfer, who claimed three ODAC indoor weekly honors, has his named perched atop the 1,500-meter and 5,000-meter run charts in the early national rankings. He won the 1,500m run in 3:59.24, which ranks sixth all-time in Eastern Mennonite history. His winning time of 15:29.76 in the 5,000m run is seventh in the Royals' record books.
