Shadkhoo, a senior from Herndon, Va., got his outdoor season started off in record fashion with two races at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational hosted in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Shadkhoo snapped a long standing Lynchburg mark in the 100-meter dash as his time of 10.59 seconds topped Jason Smith's previous standard of 10.61 seconds set in 1999. Shadkhoo was the top Division III competitor in the field and finished fourth overall. His time is #1 in the ODAC and second in the country in the early going of the season.
