Top-seeded Lynchburg College shutout Randolph-Macon College, 3-0, in the ODAC Field Hockey Tournament championship game on Saturday evening, capture the program's seventh straight league title. The win earns the Hornets the conference's automatic bid into the NCAA Division III Tournament, which is set to begin play next week.

The Bridgewater College field hockey team stuck five goals on the board in the first half and added three goals in the second half as the Eagles defeated visiting Roanoke College by an 8-1 score in Saturday's afternoon's Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Quarterfinal matchup at Mapp Field.
