The 17th-ranked Washington and Lee women's lacrosse team scored 10 first-half goals en route to claiming the 2016 Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championship with a 16-3 triumph over Randolph-Macon on Saturday afternoon at Watt Field. The Generals earn the ODAC's automatic entry into the NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Tournament.

Six-time defending ODAC champion Washington and Lee University is in prime position to hoist its 17th overall women's lacrosse trophy as the Generals head the field leading into the ODAC Women's Lacrosse Tournament. Randolph-Macon College joins W&L as the top two seeds, which also affords them a bye thru the quarterfinal round of competition.
