BRIDGEWATER, Va. - The Emory & Henry College Women's Tennis Team (5-2, 3-2 ODAC) saw its five-match winning streak snapped at the hands of Bridgewater College (6-0, 5-0 ODAC) by an 8-1 score Saturday afternoon.

How It Happened
- The Eagles got out to a 3-0 lead through the doubles portion of the match. All three doubles flights were hard-fought matches as BC won by scores of 8-5, 8-6 and 8-6.
- In singles play, Emory & Henry got its lone point of the match from freshman Tess Flanigan (Marietta, Ga.) as she won 6-1, 6-3 at No. 2.
