2020 Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week

  • Colin DiSesa, Randolph-Macon, Sr., Attackman

    DiSesa, a senior from Ashland, Va., put together a strong performance in the Yellow Jackets lone game of the week. DiSesa score five goals and dished out three assists in a 17-14 win at St. Mary's (Md.). He added two assists to his line as Randolph-Macon stayed unbeaten at 7-0 on the season. R-MC was receiving votes towards the latest USILA coaches poll. For the season, DiSesa leads the ODAC in points (42) and goals scored (28), while his 14 assists are sixth in the league. He is also #1 in shots (67) and shots on goal (53).
  • Jack Hodgson, Washington and Lee, Sr., Face-Off Specialist

    Hodgson, a senior from Richmond, Va., was dominant on face-offs in two wins for Washington and Lee and continued his climb towards cracking the Division III top-10 list for all-time face-off wins. Hodgson won 13-of-19 matchups with a trio of ground balls as the Generals posted a 17-6 win at Mary Washington. Then in Washington and Lee's ODAC opener against Guilford, Hodgson went unblemished as he won all 14 face-offs in which we squared off, picking up six ground balls on the way to a 20-5 win over the Quakers. For the season, Hodgson has won 81-of-116 (.698) face-offs with 37 ground balls. He has now won 852-of-1260 (.676) career face-offs with the wins ranking 11th all-time in Division III.
