  ODAC Football Play of the Week - Week 11 | Bridgewater

  Punt return touchdowns have a tendency to change a game’s momentum, and that’s what happened for Bridgewater as Davonta Womack gave the Eagles their first lead of the game with his effort at Ferrum. Panthers’ punter Grayson Harvey laid into a boomer of a kick to send Womack back to his own 32-yard line. He hauled in the boot on his heels and quickly side-stepped two tacklers before trying to turn the corner. He got a key block on his way around, and then weaved thru a combination of blockers and would-be tacklers on his way to a 68-yard return touchdown. The score game BC a 21-14 lead with 2:19 on the third quarter clock.

  ODAC Football Play of the Week - Week 11 | Emory & Henry

  Emory & Henry scored a lot of points in Saturday, setting a D3-era school-record in its 70-27 win over Guilford. Quarterback Hunter Taylor had a lot to do with that as his hands were directly involved in eight touchdowns including six passing for the second time this season. On this play, Taylor pumped to help free Gunner Griffith behind the defense. Taylor put the ball overtop the defense and into Griffith’s arms, who crossed the goal line just before being brought to the ground. The 37-yard scoring play put E&H ahead, 49-20, with 1:19 to go in the third quarter.

  ODAC Football Play of the Week - Week 11 | Guilford

  In what proved his final kickoff return as a Quaker, De'Eric Bell showed why he's Guilford's and the ODAC's career leader in kickoff return yards. He came up to field the ball in traffic, took a few steps back before juking and jiving his way upfield leaving defenders in his wake. The 34-yard return gave Guilford the ball near midfield and set up the Quakers' final scoring drive, which he naturally capped with two-yard run, his final college score.

  ODAC Football Play of the Week - Week 11 | Hampden-Sydney

  Hampden-Sydney receiver Major Morgan had a monster day with nine catches for 220 yards and three touchdowns. Most times, receivers use two hands to haul in TD throws, but Morgan was left with just one mitt due to strong coverage on this passing play. Immediately following a 33-yard pass to Blake Page, Alec Cobb again went to the air on the opposite side of the field in Morgan’s direction. The junior receiver fended off his defender with one hand while hauling in the 25-yard pass with the other for a touchdown to pull H-SC to within 20 at 34-14 with 5:22 on the third quarter clock.

  ODAC Football Play of the Week - Week 11 | Randolph-Macon

  Randolph-Macon returned to its winning ways on Saturday with a 48-35 win at Hampden-Sydney in the 123rd edition of “The Game” as the oldest small college football rivalry in the south. Much of that success can be attributed to a strong start as R-MC posted 27 points before H-SC found the end zone. This play made it 21-0 R-MC just 0:05 before halftime. After a sack put the Yellow Jackets back to the Tigers’ 15-yard line, quarterback Burke Estes went to the air to make up for the lost yardage…and then some. He tossed a back-shoulder throw towards Owen Ritter. The 6-foot-5 senior adjusted against momentum and pulled in the lofted pass. He snuck just inside the front pylon for his second touchdown of the season.
